Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned unless they are defective or received in error.
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped), Nafie Computers will cover the shipping costs.
5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
