1. Eligibility Period

  • Refunds and exchanges are available within 3 days from the date of purchase.

  • After this period, returns will not be accepted unless the item is proven defective or incorrect.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

  • Be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

  • Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned unless they are defective or received in error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Opened software or digital licenses.

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Items that show signs of misuse, physical damage, or alteration.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped), Nafie Computers will cover the shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged for the same product (subject to availability).

  • If the item is no longer available, you may choose a refund or a replacement of equal value.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
